What sets bodywork apart is it’s holistic approach. Rather than focusing only on where you feel pain or tension, I look at how the body is moving and working together, as the source isn’t always where the problem is felt. From there, I can tailor the treatment to what your body needs.
At heal. space will be held for you. A place to slow down, calm the mind and give your nervous system a chance to settle. Enabling a reconnection with what is going on in your own body.
Other times you will have a specific problem, postural issue or sporting goal that needs more targeted work.
Often, it’s a bit of both.
Remedial / Sports initial appointment (incl assessment)
If you are in pain, have a specific musculoskeletal issue, or are in need of a sports focus, a full assessment including postural analysis and range of movement needs to be included at the start of treatment. Therefore this initial appointment is 75 mins.
Ongoing treatment can be booked simply by time increments, unless otherwise notified.
